You’ll be the key to delivering safe, high-quality care by ensuring our surgical instruments and equipment are spotless, sterile, and ready to go.

What You’ll Do:

• Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Assemble surgical trays with precision and attention to detail
• Operate and monitor high-tech sterilization equipment
• Maintain inventory and prepare case carts for upcoming surgeries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure patient safety and surgical success

What It Takes:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays
• Strong focus, patience, and consistency for repetitive, detail-driven tasks
• Flexibility to work rotating on-call, weekend, and holiday shifts
