HVAC Construction Project Manager
Respected Mechanical Contractor seeks Project Manager:
- 4+ years of HVAC and Sheet Metal construction experience
- Commercial project experience desired
- Ensure on time delivery of projects
- Oversee techs and installers
- Work in conjunction with subcontractors
- Assist with developing estimates
- Schedule labor
- Experience dealing with union personnel
- Understanding of all mechanical trades
- Handle multiple projects
