Compensation & Schedule
• $17.00/hr
• Thursday–Friday: 9:00am–7:30pm; Saturday & Monday: 8:00am–6:30pm
ROLE IMPACT: This role supports a high-volume pharmacy distribution center by ensuring timely and accurate medication processing, labeling, and inventory tracking. Success is defined by consistent attendance, operational accuracy, and support of pharmacists in preparing prescriptions within a regulated environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support pharmacists in medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing
• Perform manual entry, product picking, replenishment, and packing
• Operate sorting and counting equipment as directed
• Maintain inventory by counting stock and updating system records
• Clean equipment and complete standard forms for compliance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0–1+ years of warehouse or operations experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to work fixed 4-day schedule with potential overtime
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Inventory management systems
• Automated sorting/counting equipment
• Windows-based computer applications
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in a pharmacy or distribution environment
• Familiarity with prescription labeling and medication handling
• Comfortable working in a regulated, accuracy-driven setting
